Rotational Geomatry

I've been working on this geometry question for 4 days, and I can't seem to figure it out. The shape of the car is a rectangle but when I rotate it, it doesn't have that shape anymore. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong and would appreciate some help! The question is below.



Jane is taking her driver’s test. Her car is currently parked in the parking lot at the examining center. In order to pass her driver’s test, she needed to do a few things. The first things she needed to do is turn her car left and put the car in park without hitting any trees. She decides to turn her car 85 degrees to the left (CCW) based on the stop sign (marked with a dot).

Does she successfully park her car away from the trees?

This problem surely came with a figure - we do not see the tree, the dot (STOP sign) - nothing....
