The supplement of an angle is 21 degrees less than twice the angle. FInd the supplement.

I know that the answer is: 113 but I can't figure out why.
2x-21 = (180-x)
2x - 21 = 180 - x
3x=201
??? How did they get 113?

Complete your solution:

. . . . .x = 67

Note: This is the size of the actual angle, not of the angle's supplement. For which value were you asked? ;)
