Im stumped on this problem and It probably really easy. But I missed a week of school so I missed alot of chapters and only understand somethings. 4x^3/28x^4 (fraction)

reduce the fraction ...

\(\displaystyle \L \frac{4x^3}{28x^4} = \frac{4x^3}{4x^3 \cdot 7x} = \frac{1}{7x}\)
