Please, determine whether triangle TJD is congruent to triangle SEK given T (-4,-2), J (0,5), D (1,-1), S (-1,3), E (3,10), K (4,4) and explain?

Need to use SSS theorem of triangle congruity.

Plot the points first and determine the corresponding sides.

Have you learned about translations of graphs in geometry?

If you can add the same constant to each of the x-coordinates of the first triangle and get each
of the x-coordinates of the second triangle, and if you can add the same constant to each of the
y-coordinates of the first triangle and get each of the y-coordinates of the second triangle, then
the triangles will be congruent to each other.

This assumes the constants you are adding are not both zero, and constants in certain problems
might be negative.
