The problem asks:
Find x, the area and perimeter of the triangle in correct units.
The Hypotenuse measures at 15cm.
The adjacent measures to 12cm.
And the opposite is the side containing x.
Please Help!! Thanks:)

The problem asks:
Find x, the area and perimeter of the triangle in correct units.
The Hypotenuse measures at 15cm.
The adjacent measures to 12cm.
And the opposite is the side containing x.

If it has a hypotenuse, it is a right triangle; therefore use the Pythagorean Theorem to find x.
Add x to 15 and 12 to get perimeter.
Use the triangle area formula, A = (1/2)(base)(height), to get area.
Remember your units.
