I'm afraid you're going to have to be a LOT more specific than "the math art thing."
Since you've posted this in the geometry section, you might want to look up "tessellation" or "fractal" on Google on your favorite search engine. If neither of those is the "art thing" you're referring to, I have no idea what you might mean.
