With only the information posted, I don't think it's possible to obtain numerical coordinates for the circled points. Why not? Imagine the left-most point not moving and the right-most corner points not moving, but moving the vertical line within the five-pointed start left or right. The star's shape remains, but those circled points move as their associated "diagonals" slide along with fixed lines.
