How to solve when the angle is being used inside tan() and outside

Hi all,
The problem I'm solving boils down to the following equation :

tan(x) = 1/(2*r) + x

x being in radians, how can I express it using r ?

Being able to calculate approximate value is enough, but I don't see how to do it
