Please help with another Geometry challenge problem.

Given figure ABCD, with segment AB parallel to segment DC, the measurement of angle B = 60 degrees, measurement of angle D = 45 degrees, Segment BC = 8, and segment AB = 24, find the perimeter. IMG2.jpg

I was thinking you just add 8 + 8 + 24 + 24, but since it is a challenge question, I am thinking there has to be more to it than that. Please help.........

Can you use trigonometry?
 
It's NOT a parallelogram.

Label the measure of the other two angles. Think about parallel lines intersected by a common transversal.

Now what?
 
Ok. I did that and discovered that I had a 30, 60, 90 triangle and a 45, 45, 90 triangle.

I found the perimeter to approximately 68.7. Can you tell me if that is correct, please.
