Well, since you've shown no work of your own, I'm forced to assume you need to start at the very beginning. Given that you were assigned this sheet, surely you know that the definition of the perimeter is the distance around the outside edge of a particular shape. With that in mind, here are a few quick hints for each problem:

1 and 2) The problem tells you to estimate, so you don't need an exact value here. For an estimate, a decent rule of thumb is to say that one "diagonal unit" (that is, the hypotenuse of a right triangle with two other legs of length 1) is 1.5 units long. The error gets worse for longer lines, but for short lines it's close enough for an estimate. So, what would two "diagonal units" be? Three?

3 and 4) First, I'd note that the dotted lines in the figure are not part of the perimeter. For #3, you're explicitly given all but one side of the figure, which can easily be determined based on known properties of a rectangle. Then, what must the perimeter be? For #4, each end cap of the shape looks like half a circle. Do you recall the formula for the perimeter of a circle? (Hint: circumference)

5) Again, you're explicitly given the measurements of each side of the figure, so finding the perimeter is easy enough. Then, part b tells you that tiles cost $15 per yard. Given the perimeter in feet, how many yards is that? Then, how much would the whole thing cost?
