Hello, please help me in this problem:
p(x) = (3x + 5)(x^2 - t)
q(x) = (2x^4 - 7x^3 - 5) - (x^2 + 8x + 12)
If p(x) is congruent to q(x) , then the value of t is...
a. -10
b. -5
c. -2
d. 2
e. 10
I haven't figured how to do it. And if I posted this in the wrong subforum, please tell me.
Thanks in advance!
