Reflecting over a given line

Given the line x+12y=7. Find the equation of the image after reflecting across the line y=2/5 y+3.

That does not look like an equation of a straight line!

I think that you must mean \(\displaystyle \large y=\frac{2}{5}\color{blue}{\bf{x}}+3\).
