Sign Analysis Test

Can someone tell me how to do the sign analysis test when doing a higher degree inequality?

Can you give us a little more information. I'm not familiar with that test, though I may know it by a different name

I'm too lazy (right now) to type up an explanation because this analysis, although easy to perform, is not something that can be described as a simple "formula".
