This is the question (been struggling with this question for days)

A golfer consistently drives a golf ball 210 m. If she hits a drive down a fairway that is 70 m wide, what is the maximum angle between a drive to the left and a drive to the right that would still be on the fairway? Round your answer to the nearest degree.

Can you see that this deals witn an isosceles triangle size 70-210-210 ?
And if you split it down the center, you have 2 equal right triangles, hypotenuse=210 and one side=35 ?

you can see that two right triangles hipetenusas are 210 M.s and a side of 70?
and to use cos(x)=(70/210)

That's INCORRECT, garf. Please look at posts already made before you jump in

2[ASIN(35/210)] = ~19.2 degrees

A 70-210-210 triangle has angles ~19.2, ~80.4, ~80.4
