Verifying Trig Identity. Help needed

ok so heres the problem

(sin^2theta + cos^2theta)^3 = 1

I know that sin^2+cos^2 = 1, I just don't know where to start...

Since you know that sin[sup:10ipcb75]2[/sup:10ipcb75]x + cos[sup:10ipcb75]2[/sup:10ipcb75] x = 1, substitute 1 for the expression inside the parenthese....

(1)[sup:10ipcb75]3[/sup:10ipcb75] = 1
