Activity: work out the perimeter, area and volume of the following....

This is lower high school grade.

I need to work out the perimeter, area and volume of the following:

Grid squares are 30 metre * 30 metre

The numbers are contour lines on a hill. At each contour is where I need to find the area. But in the instructions it says I will need to find the perimeter, not sure how to do this. I don't remember doing any work like this. Hopefully this is just me having a huge mind blank

What did your book do, in similar worked examples in this section? (There are different ways of doing this sort of thing, which result in different approximations. We'll need to know what your book is expecting of you.)

Okay, well; there are different ways for doing this sort of thing, to different degrees of accuracy. Without knowing which method you're supposed to be using, it's really hard to say much of anything, other than to recommend that you estimate from the picture.
