Hey fam need some help on a math assignment thank u!

1) ABC is a triangle. A= (1,6) B= (-4,3) and C=(-2,1). Show that this triangle is isosceles and hence find the equation of its axis of symmetry.

2) P=(1,3) and Q=(-1,4). The line PQ cuts the x and y axes at R and . Find the length of RS.

3) EFGH is a square. E= (-3, -1), F= (1,0) and G= (0,k) where k is positive. Find the coordinates of H.

You plugged pairs of points into the Distance Formula (here), and... then what?

2) P=(1,3) and Q=(-1,4). The line PQ cuts the x and y axes at R and . Find the length of RS.
Should we assume that the missing information after "at R and" is "S"? Either way:

You plugged the two points into the slope formula (here), and then plugged the slope and either one of the given points into an equation for a straight line (here). Then you plugged zeroes in where appropriate to find the intercepts (here), and... then what?

3) EFGH is a square. E= (-3, -1), F= (1,0) and G= (0,k) where k is positive. Find the coordinates of H.
You plotted the first two points, found the distance between them, and... then what?

Please be complete. Thank you! ;)
