Dividing a Trapezoid horizontally in 2 equal parts

Subdivide this trapezoid horizontally into 2 equal parts.




I really have no idea on how to solve this problem. I can solve a regular kind of trapezoid with no problem. This is the first time I encountered this type of problem.

Any help is appreciated.
