I suppose you would use divisibility tests for 5 and 7 (if a number satisfies both of those i.e is divisible by 5 and 7, it must be divisible by 35). 5 being that the last digit ends in 5 or 0; I don't know about 7. A google search should do the trick.
By the by, I think you mean the last digit has to be divisible by 2.
