1. Point A lies on line PQ
So I would draw line PQ with Point A in the middle

2. Planes R and S intersect in l
So I would draw Plane R and Plane S one vertical, one horizontal.
I would have l in the middle would l be a line or a point?

Two planes intersect on a line.

So where would I put the line l in these two planes? In the middle?

You need to put the line "in perspective".

In other words, you need to visualize the planes as objects in three dimensions, and draw them accordingly.

This involves realizing which segments are visible and which are not.
