Exponential form of a complex number

Just to make sure that there has been no misunderstanding between us, my complex number was 2+(√ 2 ) * i and
not 2+(2i)^1/2. -<----------- Write as 2 + (2i)^(1/2).

The fractional exponent must be inside grouping symbols when written out
in horizontal style.

What is the exponential form of 2+√ 2i ?

Going back to the original post, @ahmad Hossein Zadeh, please show us what you have tried and where you are stuck. If you are stuck at the very start then please look in your textbook to see if there's an example OR some given fact that you could use to make some progress. Try something and then post it here in order to receive help (even if you think it's wrong).

I have given you the answer on a silver plate, but you are late three days. We thank god and then Mr. Khan for deleting it, otherwise you would have taken it without understanding how to do it.
