Hi all, i have been using autocad for years, and using the dimension tools within the program, really makes remembering how to actually do math, harder.
This afternoon i was making an excel spreadsheet, to help a new comer into my office.
Here is the question i have, that for the life of me i cannot remember how to do it outside of autocad.
i have attached an example of a completed drawing i have done.
sometimes we are given written sizes for an arch like attached with missing information.
what i am in the process of doing is creating a excel document where you can type in any of the sizes, radius of an arch like is attached and get the remainder of the information to complete the drawing.
if i am given, the width, the rise, and the radius. How can i find the 27° on the right side at the top of the "leg"?
width = 35.75
rise = 6
radius = 29.625
ive already used the width and rise to figure out the radius.
thanks for the help
