Full Problem for earlier quadratic problem

This is the Full Problem b/c I'm still having trouble with the whole thing...I just need someone to refresh my memory for me...it's long and has many parts so here it goes...this is how it starts out...and u will need a ti-83 calculator to do these problems

1). Find the quadratic model using the regression procedure
I got f(x)-78.26x^2 + 5113.04x + 45, 007.77

2). Verify the accuracy of the function by completing the following table

1960 0 45,008 (these are my answers)
1970 10 103,964
1980 20 178, 573
1990 30 268, 833
2000 40 374, 745

3).Extrapolate into the past by completing the follwing table

1960 0 45,008 ( these are my answers )
1950 -10 1, 703.4
1940 -20 -25,949.03
1930 -30 -37,943.43
1920 -40 -34,297.83

4). Does this extrapolation seem valid ?

5).Extrapolate into the future by completing the follwing table

6).Does this extrapolation seem valid
I said yes

7).Use algebra(quadratic formula) to determine when Seminole County Florida will have a population of 500,000 people.

I dont have an answer for this one ?

8). Use the data values for the years 1940 to 2030 to define a reasonable window that shows the relevant features of the graph and gives it a nice shape.

Don't have an answer

So if anyone could check my answers and help with the ones I didn't get I would greatly appreciate it

From 1950 on the graph seems reasonably feasible, and it has a nice shape from there, too, I suppose.

So if anyone could check my answers and help with the ones I didn't get I would greatly appreciate it
