I think maybe I am brain dead. I have been sitting in front of this computer and my algebra book for too many hours. I have a question which is asking for the GCF for each group of monomials.

45m^2n^5 and 56a^4b^8

I know that 45 is 3x3x5 and 56 is 2x2x2x2x7

I do not see a common factor. Am I losing my mind or am I missing something? Please help.

Thanks!

56=(23)7, but that makes no difference.
There is always a common factor: 1.
So the GCF is 1.
