I know the formula I just don't know what to plug into what

If you are asked this question then you are clearly expected to no how the "sample mean" of a sample of n objects depends upon the overall mean of a normal distribution. It is, simply, the population mean. The standard deviation of a sample is the population standard deviation divided by the square root of the number of samples.
