If t is the central angle from (1,0) to (2/radical13, -3/radical13) along the circumference of the unit circle, find sin t, cos t, and tan t.

I don't understand how to do this problem?

Sketch an approximate picture.

Find the distance betwwen (1,0) and (2/radical13, -3/radical13) - then use definitions of sine, cosine and tan.
