I'm confused about trigonometry stuff

Is that 4sin2t is the same as 2*2sin2t ? Or just different. Sorry my math is bad
Yes - those are same. If you write like:

4 * sin(2*t) = 2 * 2 * sin(2*t) ← It is easier to comprehend, when you write like that - at least for me.
 
It also helps to think algebraically (i.e., abstractly, symbolically).

We know that 2*2*A is the same as 4*A.

View the variable symbol sin(2t) as A, above. In other words, think 4*A when you look at 4*sin(2t). Then knowing that 4 factors as 2*2 takes you straight to 4*sin(2t)=2*2*sin(2t).
