This is not math related or anything. I just realized today I'm the only member posting in this forum. Last post from a different member was a week ago. I'm just wondering if there's something wrong in my account not letting me see the posts of other members??

My account is no better: I can't see any posts either.
I heard that there are problems with the forum moderation which make it difficult for new members to start posting.

There's nothing "wrong" with your account.
The forum owner, @Ted, disappeared years ago and none of the moderators have logged in for many months now.
Unfortunately, the forum rules are such that any new member's post(s) must be vetted & approved by a moderator before they become visible (to everyone else) in the forum. The majority of new topics/posts were always from new members ( surfing the Internet looking for an answer to a problem they were having difficulty with and often ending up here).
Existing members, like yourself, were more likely only to post responses to these new members' threads and were less likely to start new threads unless, again like yourself, they were learning about a new topic and encountering some issues there.
Some long-term members (but mainly @Cubist) have been looking out for new members joining up and starting a conversation with them explaining the problem and inviting them to post their query in the conversation with the offer to then start a new thread on their behalf in the main forum.

So, unless one of the moderators finally comes back, I'm afraid the forum is severely handicapped! There may well be many new posts being submitted every day but we'll never see them unless the new member responds to a conversation started by someone (and the response rate so far has been very poor!) or a moderator finally comes back and approves them.
