Constipation can be very annoying when you have tons of stuff to do and you don't want to spend a lot of time sitting on them toilet seat. A common hack of course is to simply take a laxative to.encourage a lot of bowel movement. It can however be worrying that you might poop more often shortly afterwards. Another quick hack is try pooping while in the standing position. You want to put the toilet seat up and stand with your legs apart above the toilet bowl to encourage easier pooping when constipated. You're very likely to get stinky toilet water splashes on your legs and balls but it sure beats the long wait sitting down.
Give it a try! You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Using dishwashing liquid to wash one's body is apparently not a good thing. It's particularly annoying on one's armpits when you're trying to read something while on your bed. It makes one's armpits really hot. Switching to shampoo makes it easier on them armpits and balls. Not necessarily young balls.
