I'm looking for a 15 letter word or words for the reciprocal of the cosine function. I know that secant should work, but the answer to the crossword problem is 15 letters long. The first letter is S, the 10th letter is A and the last letter is E.

Is this a homemade or teacher-made crossword? If so, it might be SECANT_FUNCTION with a blank between the two words.

If it were 14 letters, then "SECANTtriAnglE would fit. I don't know if that makes much sense or not, though.
