need assistance with algebraic sequences

I don't have the formula for solving algebraic sequences...

for example: Which is the 24th term in the sequence...
6,12,18,24,30...

Can you also show me how to work this or a similar problem so that I'll have somthing to go off of?

I'm surprised you don't "see" it.

6, 12, 18, 24, 30, ... = 6*1, 6*2, 6*3, 6*4, 6*5, ...

so, can you figure out what the 24th term is now?
