I know that it's the midpoint theorem. And ts is half of kc but I don't know how to put it

Ouch! I have a crick in my neck from bending my head to read that!
A crucial point here is that s, where the two diagonals cross is the midpoint of both diagonals. That is AS and SC are the same length. Since AT and TK are the same length by construction, It follows that TS and KC are parallel. Now, use 'similar triangles'?
