Are you assuming that X : Y = 3500 : 3395.23 ?
If so, then you can just multiply each by the same thing. To get 9,857.48 from 6,895.23, what do you have to multiply by? Multiply 3500 and 3395.23 by the same thing.

Assuming that you are mean that X:Y :: 3500:3395.23
Then X is \(\displaystyle \frac{3500}{6895.23}\) times 9857.48 and y is \(\displaystyle \frac{3395.23}{6895.23}\) times 9857.48.
Then X is \(\displaystyle \frac{3500}{6895.23}\) times 9857.48 and y is \(\displaystyle \frac{3395.23}{6895.23}\) times 9857.48.
