I need help with ordered pair solution.
Example: solving x = -2, ( ,5)

first, x=-2 is a vertical line, so what does the x-coordinate have to be?

If you are saying that x= -2 then what is the five for? is that the y? You said an ordered pair. That is usually (x,y). If you could rewrite this to make it neater, we'd all appreciate it Don't get discouraged, just if you can repost your problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
