Percentages Help: I need to to re-allocate the 10.5% and 7% (17.5%)

I have five percentages

21%
10.5%

7%

I need to to re-allocate the 10.5% and 7% (17.5%) to the remaining three in proportion to there current percentage (21%, 10.5% and 21%), the total % should be 70%.

Can anyone help please....

What have you tried? How far have you gotten? Where are you stuck?

For instance, you noted that 21 is twice 10.5, so the ratio is 2:1:2 in the pools receiving extra (for a total of 5 parts). You summed the pools to be redistributed, dividing the summed pool into five parts. Then you added the requisite amount (being two parts or one part) to the other pools.
