Please help I'm a bit lost .
Please tell us where you are lost! We can't help you find your way if we don't know where you are!

That is, either show your work as far as you can get (even if you are sure you are wrong!), or ask specific questions about the problem, so we can see what help you need.

I was able to find c which is (0,7) and m which is (5,-7) I think the midpoint is (2.5, 0)

This is a different problem than you asked about before, right?

If by "c" you mean the constant in y = mx + c, then you can't be right, because c is a number, not an ordered pair! But you have the right idea ...

Likewise, the slope, m, is a number, not an ordered pair; but the slope has nothing to do with (5, -7), so I don't know what you are thinking there. Can you explain what you did to get that?

Finally, the point (2.5, 0) is not the midpoint of AB; if you plot that point on the graph, that should be obvious. Again, I can't see what you might be thinking.

So the next step is to show us not just your answers, but how you got them, so we can see what to correct.

No, this is completely wrong. In the equation y=mx+c, m and c are real numbers. The results you gave for c and m, (0,7) and (5,-7), are points.

Points are represented by a pair of numbers separated by a comma with parenthesis around the whole thing. An example of a point is (-5, 19).

I will solve this for you since you seem to be lost. But for now on you have to use our hints to find out the answers to future questions.

m = slope = change in y divided by the change in x.

Find two points on the graph. One point is Q=(-2, 0) and another point is P = (0, 3). Since y goes from 0 to 3 its change is +3. Since x goes from -2 to 0 its change is +2. Therefore the slope = m = 3/2.

Now whenever you have y = mx+c what happens in you let x=0? y = 0x + c or y = c. So when x=0, y=c. But you have the point P = (0,3). That is when x=0 we have y=3. So c=3.

Now y = mx + c becomes y = (3/2)x+3
