OMG i was just looking at some of these trig questions an dthought. i'm going to flunk this ACT can someone please help me understand it?:(

Show my work? i cant because i have no clue how to do it. but i do have a problem:

the positive x-axis of a unit circle and a ray from the origin of the unit circle to a point in the second quadrant from an angle measuring θ degrees. if sin θ = -cos θ,what is the value of θ?
