Would appreciate if anybody can help solve this problem for me....with explanation - It looks simple enough but doesn't appear to be....

assumptions that you can make is - water is free of cost

A milkman makes a profit of 20% on the sale of milk. If he were to add 10% water to the milk by what% would profit increase

I'm sorry, but the policy you saw in the "Read Before Posting!" announcement remains in effect; namely, we don't "do" students' work for them, nor do we give out answer. In fact, we don't generally offer assistance until the student shows his/her work so far, so we can see where s/he is getting bogged down.

Unfortunately, we need the word you replaced with "%" in "by what %" in order to be sure what is being asked. "Percentage points"? "Percent"? Or something else?

When you reply with the full and exact text, please also include your thoughts and efforts so far. Thank you! ;)
