Just "rotation" cannot be converted to "linear" dimension.

You can approximate linear displacement through

s = Θ*r ....................... edited

where:

r = radius and

s = tangential displacement

It will help a lot if you can tell us more details about exactly what you want to find out. I can interpret what you are asking in several very different ways. One big question is, inches of what for each foot of what? What is the configuration?
