Scaled Objects

So, I'm doing this project, and I can't get the EXACT scaled down proportions because of the legos so how do I figured out how much object A is scaled from object B. Object A is a Lego replica and Object B is the car.

Here are the dimensions

Object B
Length : 163.3
Width : 65.4
Height : 25.5

Object A
L : 3
W : 1
H : 2
