  1. The area of an isosceles right triangle is 18 cm2.
    What is the perimeter?
    (12 + 12√2) cm
    (27√2) cm
    (12 + 3√2) cm
    (12 + 6√2) cm
I have zero clue how to do these types of questions... Could someone help me, please?

Zero clue - really?

What is the "equation" (formula) for area of a triangle - in terms of base and height?

What is the "equation" (formula) for hypotenuse of a right angled triangle - in terms of other two sides?

Can you sketch an isosceles right triangle? ....... continue

Call the length of the two equal legs x, then what will the length of the hypotenuse? Think what Pythagoras would do.
In terms of x, what is the area of the triangle? Solve for.
