What I've done so far is the following:

The problem I am having is the final conclusion to the answer, the therefore statement. Everyone that I ask says a different answer. I think its 112 degrees if you do 75 + 37, even though I'm saying that, I'm not even entirely sure if that is what's suppose to be done. Also, would you write the answer how I wrote it on the bottom left? E 22 S or S 68 E?

Please let me know if you cannot read the question.

Your diagram is not to scale. The point where Dora ends up should be further north than her starting point, as the previous post pointed out. However your calculations seem correct to me.

Yes you need to add 75 and 37 to get the true bearing (always measured from north) that Dora has to walk ie 112 degrees. (See your diagram to see why they need to be added.)

The correct way to express this as a compass bearing is S 68 E. Compass bearings always start with N or S and end with E or W, not the other way around.
