This is the question:

Copy and complete the proof.
Given: line WY is congruent to line ZX
A is the midpoint of line WY.
A is the midpoint of line ZX.
Prove: line WA is congruent to line ZA

I need to know how do I show a proof in two columns from statement and reasons?

Do you realize that it makes absolutely no sense to say "two lines are congruent"
Do you mean that two line segments are congruent?
