If the radius of each pulley measures 6 inches. How long is the belt used in the pulley system.

There is no-way to answer that question with given (posted) information.
 
Yes the question is in a two pulley system the centers of the pulleys are 20 in apart. If the radius of each pulley measures 6 in. How long is the belt used in the pulley system

Finally! There are four parts to the belt. First there is the straight line from the point the belt comes off the first pulley until it goes onto the other. It should be easy to see that its length is just the distance between the centers. Then there is a half circle around the second pulley- half the circumference of the pulley. Then there is the straight line back to the first pulley, and, finally, the half circle around the second pulley. What is the circumference of a pulley with a 6 inch radius?
