Similar Triangles Geometry Problem

Hello! This is my first post on this forum. I have a test tomorrow and a problem "similar" to this one will be in it. Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance. The problem is #38 on page 495 in this PDF: http://www.nexuslearning.net/books/...eometry 8-5 Proving Triangles are Similar.pdf

A portion of an amusement park ride called the Loop is shown. Find the length of EF. (Hint: Use similar triangles.)

Please copy and paste the problem into this forum - along with your thoughts and attempts. Most of us are not willing to go to an unknown site to see the problem

What are your thoughts?

If you are stuck at the beginning tell us and we'll start with the definitions.

Please share your work with us ... even if you know it is wrong
