(a) In Table 1 below we are told that an average of 48.8 million public
photos were uploaded to the Flickr photo sharing website each month
during 2013. If the average size of an uploaded photo is 3 MB, how
much storage space does a month of uploaded public photos take up?
Give your answer to 3 significant figures in:
(i) terabytes (TB)
(ii) bytes, using scientific notation.

This is my answer could You guys check for any mistakes

(i)

1MB = 2^20 = 1 048 575B
3MB = (2^20 x 3) = 3 145 725MB
(2^20 x 3MB) x 48 800 000 = 153511380000000MB

153511380000000MB = 1171198883.057TB
= 1180000000000TB(3sf)
= 11.8 x 10^10TB(3sf)

(ii)

153511380000000MB = 160968348794900000000B
= 1.6 x 10^19B (3sf)

(i)

1MB = 2^20 = 1 048 576 B
3MB = (2^20 x 3) = 3 145 728 B
(2^20 x 3MB) x 48 800 000 = 153511526.4 MB= 153.512 TB = 154 TB

153511380000000MB = 1171198883.057TB
= 1180000000000TB(3sf)
= 11.8 x 10^10TB(3sf)

(ii)

154 TB = 1.54 E 14 B

153511380000000MB = 160968348794900000000B
= 1.6 x 10^19B (3sf)

You are almost correct - my suggested corrections are in red.
