sin(t)=a
t=(-1)^k sin^(-1) (a) + πk

please explain I do not understand the (-1)^k and
πk

Explain this formula

(-1)^k sin^-1 (x) + πk

I do not understand the part for (-1)^k and
πk

for sine shouldnt it be 2
πk?

please explain

sin(t)=a
t=(-1)^k sin^(-1) (a) + πk

please explain I do not understand the (-1)^k and
πk
Do you know how to solve the initial equation on just the first period? Are you familiar with the fact that sine waves repeat themselves exactly, over every period?

Thank you! ;)
