Hello everyone
I am trying to solve a problem of finding the area outside a limason and inside a circle in a Polar coordinate system.
This is the problem (@= theta):
Find the area inside the circle r=5sin(@) and outside the limason r=2+sin(@).
I added a picture of the graph sketch I made and highlighted area that I need to find, and what I think is a start of the correct calculations.
Can you tell me if the integral written inside the rectangle frame is correct for solving this problem and if it is how to solve it?(trying to solve it gives me some crazy long line that I am sure something is not right about it.)
Thank you very much for your help.
