I 100% got them wrong... no doubt.
I just want to know if somebody could simplify it... so I can get a grasp to understand it.

15) 25*20*10 = 5000, so 5 L per pudding, it seems.
16) This is a packing problem. You cannot just cram things in. Thus, (16*45*48)/(7*12*8) = 51+ is most likely a terrible answer. They must fit comfortably. There are three ways to orient each ice cream block.

7 cm isn't very helpful, but it does fit twice in 16 cm. 8 cm fits even better twice in 16 cm. You must make all such decisions.

How did you manage 36?

16) 2 x 3 x 6 and I got that by seeing how many time L x B x H went into it. Clearly I'm wrong ?

This problem calls for experimentation.

There are six possible ways to fill the ice box.

Align 7 and 16, 12 and 45, 8 and 48 So 2 * 3 * 6 = 36.
Align 7 and 16, 12 and 48, 8 and 45 So 2 * 4 * 5 = 40.
Align 12 and 16, 7 and 48, 8 and 48 So 1 * 6 * 6 = 36.

There are three left for you to try.
