Create a 105 degree Angle

I need to create an angle from thin air.

I am sure this is easy for you, but I am an old man with basic math skills, it is a bit out of my league.


Using an undetermined length of cardboard I need to create a 105 degree angle.
I know if I measure 3 inches along one side and 6 inches along another, I can find 90 degrees where 9 inches intersect, but that leaves me 15 degrees short.

Can anyone help?

Hi. I'm not sure about your 9-inch intersection method, but you may find some of the information at this page useful. (Check out the links for 60- and 45-degree constructions.)
